| Tables of Texas Hold 'Em and Roulette drew lots of
attention at the WCRC annual party on Friday, January 14th at the Walnut Creek
Civic Arts Center. Over 100 members and guests also enjoyed dancing and snacking at tables
mounded with hearty hors d'ouerves, sandwiches and desserts. |

Those winning 'big' at
the tables traded in their chips for extra raffle tickets and more prizes were
handed out at the end of the evening.
Members of the Walnut Creek Racquet Club Board organized the party, obtained
sponsors for the tables and door prizes, manned the bar, and helped with set up
and take down of the room and decorations. A special thanks to Tammy Chan who
headed up the organizing and put in hours to make the party such a
success. |
